Puppy Application

Each puppy will be sold on a spay/neuter contract as well as return to breeder (if you can no longer keep the dog) contract. Application will be the 1st step, after approval you will be added to our contact list. We will not accept a holding fee until puppies are born, then we can accept $500 hold for the puppy. We reserve the right to keep back any puppies with show potential, decisions are made around 8 weeks of age. Therefore the holding fee will not guarantee a specific puppy unless we are 100% positive it will be going to a companion home. I will make sure if you submit a deposit that you will get a puppy , just cannot guarantee specific puppy. Please make sure you are serious before submitting a holding fee, because once puppies reach 6 weeks of age it will not be returned.

Puppies are $3,000. Any adults available will have a rehoming fee of $800. Parents are registered with AKC so all puppies will be AKC registered with limited registration. All of our breeding dogs are tested and cleared by OFA for Eye Exam, Hip Dysplasia, Patella Luxation and GM1. Puppies will receive a health check and passing certificate at 8 weeks prior to going home.

Our puppies are socialized and raised by human touch. We expose them to sounds, textures, and activity before going home. We practice Early Neurological Stimulation to insure confident and comfortable puppies.
